It’s the Horadic Dodecahedron
Asimov is great I especially enjoy the foundation series, prequels and all and the Caves of steel series.
I have yet to read the empire series, and I have started on I, Robot a few times but it didn’t really catch.
My guess: The robot on the cover looks like a bro with the sunglasses and the gesturing.
It’s the next evolution after learning to open doors.
Here comes Veloci-Longstocking.

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•How would you get rich if you couldn't die for 4 years.
1·3 months agoI thought the same, and then sped the loot on treating my PTSD.
DOOM using prboom I started it in Hurt me plenty but quickly had to change to Ultra-Violence because I was thinking “Where’s all the monsters?”, it’s nice to re-play the levels and listen to the good music.
TurtleWoW when I need to relax and do some questing.

PC Gaming@lemmy.ca•Double Fine dev embarks on a quest to discover Full Throttle's true release date: 'Perhaps the best 30th birthday present I could give Full Throttle was a real birthday'English
1·7 months agoI enjoyed playing it back in the day even if it took several tries to understand what the game wanted you to do, the parts that gave me the most gripe was finding out how to jump the canyon and how to fight the Cavefish.
I was fond of adventure games just not good at them because at that age my English was not good enough, but here comes Full Throttle and Day of The Tentacle that are funny and i can play through to the end.

2·8 months agoYou are right, it’s not very often I see fights here.
Regarding migration to Lemmy, I think it will happen
originally/slowly and in a few years the majority of questions will be asked here.

Linux@lemmy.ml•Why doesn't the Linux subreddit leave Reddit already?
10·8 months agoCorrect we only want the sour linuxers here.
I use Devuan on my servers, changed because I was annoyed that systemd was forced on me. (I have mellowed a bit since and accept that systemd is here to stay)
I chose Mint for my laptop, because I just want a OS that works and still gives me a taskbar. (Here I got fed up when Ubuntu switched away from gnome)
All of them are apt based Linux because it just works and when apt shoots itself in the foot during dist upgrades you can still wrangle it back in working order.
