I think it is important to dispell the belief that intimacy fades with time. There are circumstances that no one can control like I experienced, but for the most part there is no reason other than choice for intimacy to go away over the years.

I was just offering the typical anecdotal experience challenging misconception. This is probably worth less than good research.
This is bullshit honestly. I have been married for almost 30 years. For 27 years we had sex pretty much everyday. Then my wife had to get her ladybits rearranged by a doctor due to a bladder prolapse and went through early menopause.
We still have regular sex, but not everyday anymore.
Why do we allow companies to waste our lives with so many ads in the US? I refuse to watch them. I grew up watching TV and constant commercials every fifteen minutes. It was and is ridiculous.
They definitely use your data to market to you on their platform. They might not be selling your data outside their network, but does that suddenly make it okay? They are still using your data to their enrich themselves.

Everything you know about life and love will change in your lifetime. Everything you have learned is a half truth. You sometimes find happiness when you can find the whole truth for yourself. This often means you may end up in conflict with culture, society, or even family. This is normal.
If you love and care about yourself, you can truly love and care about someone else. Although there may be sacrifice in relationships, the factor that makes them work is how you build each other up. A marriage or any partnership should always be about helping each other achieve more.
Be grateful for your life and everything you have and everyone you know everyday. Say it out loud, tell it to the people in your family, in your friendships, in your workplace, and most importantly in your close relationships.
Not only is it important to say it, it is important to show it through your actions. A common trope is actions are louder than words. Both are actually important, although I do have a preference for people showing it because it validates what they say.
Treat people how they want to be treated. This blows the golden rule out of the water. Don’t know how they want to be treated? This is normal. You ask them. Asking someone how they want to be treated and treating them that way is the surest way to gain respect.
Unless you save you are not paying yourself anything. If you spend everything you make you are literally stealing from your future. Always save everything you can and invest it if you want it to grow. Think twice about purchases, especially if they are major. Being a little thrifty in life is way better than living paycheck to paycheck.

Corporations can and do fight for their users. Proton is not one of these companies. I think that says all we need to know about their commitments to their users. You are welcome to continue leading people to a business that have shown that they are not willing to do what is right because profit is their primary motivation.
Proton claimed there was no way to appeal, but Swiss law is not bound by Interpol. I think what it really amounts to is they are not going to protect their users. This is why you don’t pay for let alone use a corporation’s services unless you willing to give up your privacy.
Proton is not your friend, they have and will continue to betray their users. Do not trust them or any corporation that is not willing to fight for their users.
If you have conservative reps you could try calling and writing their office and demand they compromise on health care. With enough pressure they will cave.
If you have progressive reps call and congratulate them and tell them not to stop until the conservatives start participating in governance

The fantasy of destroying fascism is just that, a fantasy. The reality was by the time World War II hit the US was already a fascist state itself. I would definitely argue that even our founding fathers were proto-fascists as well.

Try heading down to a local Service Canada centre or a provincial employment hub. If there isn’t one in your town, just give them a shout on the phone. These places are there to help you out, I happen to work at a place like that myself.
You might also want to think about leveling up your education. These days, a general Bachelor’s degree can be tough to market on its own, especially in a field like psychology where you almost always need a Master’s or a PhD to actually practice.
Get out there and volunteer or just start chatting with people. Tell everyone you meet what you’re passionate about and that you’re looking for work. You never know who is hiring until you ask.
When it comes to your resume, get a second pair of eyes on it. Ideally someone who knows the industry. If your experience is a bit thin, stick to a one-page functional resume that highlights what you can do rather than just where you’ve been.

Most importantly, don’t let this process get you down. Keep yourself moving, stay active, and do things that make you happy. If you’re not working right now, use that time to sharpen a skill or just better yourself in some way. It doesn’t really matter as long as you’re moving forward.
