It has been many years (probably like 7-8) since I last watched his content. Back then they were fun, informative videos about various exotic animals, but over time, his videos shifted ever more towards clickbait and “getting stung by the most painful insect EVER” type videos, while the educational aspect barely played a role anymore. Just looked at his channel and it seems like this trend not only continued but has gotten worse since I last watched him.
I’ve played the first two hours now, and so far it’s good but not exceptional IMO. Graphics look beautiful and it runs very well, even on my somewhat aging GPU. The setting and plot are interesting so far. The combat is fluid and fun. However, for an RPG, it’s very streamlined and light on actual Roleplaying elements as well as immersion. It’s the kind of game that reminds you that it’s just a video game all the time. Both when it comes to the design of the areas you travel through as well as audiovisual elements, like lootable objects playing a sparkle sound-effect etc.
All my devices (PC, Smartwatch, Steam Deck etc) are in (British) English, with the exception of my phone, which is in my native German.
The best way is not to interact with them at all. You’re not going to gain anything from responding to them.
The expectations will probably be different between cultures but personally, nothing. It’s a gift after all, giving them money for it would make it a business transaction. Of course, when there’s an opportunity, I’d give out some food or drinks to my friends as well.
I’ve learned French in school for 5 years, but I only speak it on a relatively basic level, despite living very close to France and crossing the border quite often. Not too big of a deal though, as many people in Alsace also speak a German/Alemannic dialect.
Taiwan/RoC is not currently ruled by the KMT though. (Nor is today’s KMT very comparable to what they were many decades ago)
Unfortunate for the employees but otherwise nothing of value was lost.
Roughly:
murder, rape, sexual assault, battery, arson, sexual harassment, racketeering, assault, treason, DUI, fraud, theft, infidelity, speeding, drug dealing
However, that order could change quite a bit based on the specific circumstances of the crime.
Not at all. The only eggs I get are from a local chicken enclosure where my family helps out by feeding them once a week.
“Smoking” chewing gum cigarettes.
Exploring the internet by going through a physical “100 coolest websites for kids” book.
That website renders perfectly for me in Firefox for Android, including the bottom bar. I’m not sure but I think the issue is something else, as setting the bottom address bar moves it even further up on your device. Maybe something to report to Mozilla.
