It’s largely because there is very low incentive to create videos for peertube: smaller user base and less revenue options. So you find less videos because there are less.

America needs a change in the political system. However, I have no idea of American law and whether that is even possible with the current constitution. I that’s the case, enough pressure is needed to push for change.
