That app actually looks really cool, i think I’ll try it.
The question remains though, is there something to prevent you from disabling the timer when you’ve hit your daily limit?
Now I just need the timer for my Lemmy app
I thought this was a meme, are these credible rumours? I don’t care if it’s true, I’ll choose to believe it either way, but it would make it so much better if it were.
What hearts
To put the video in short: Essentially gets asked if he still supports Stonewall even though they support trans kids and speak out against TERFs (worded much differently) and he says no I don’t support them any more, calling it nonsensical, shameful, and sad.
You must save a lot of money at least! I love when I find kids shoes that fit me.
Confirm, that’s probably more snow than I’ve seen in two years, given I live in the PNW but still

I’m not gonna go into all the details about colonial history and present day issues in Canada because that’s a huge topic and something a person needs time to digest and be open to learning, but in short, Canadians use 2S in front of/as a part of the acronym as a way to recognize and honour the oldest and one of the most marginalized and at-risk groups of people in Canada (two-spirit Indigenous individuals).
That being said (as you can see from my other comments) I often switch between using 2SLGBTQ+, LGBT+, queer, and many other forms of the acronym. It’s a personal choice and I’m not going to dictate how other people refer to the community. I’ll also note that the term 2SLGBTQI+ is the official term in my country (again, we include the 2S in the spirit of reconciliation)
Lmao I meant the genes that determine how much attraction you feel towards people (she is pan and I’m ace), but she probably took most of the attractiveness ones too.
For the same reason that lgbt+ people use self-chosen labels, it forms a way for us to bond and find community in primarily white environments. We have different lived experiences (to white folks) and sometimes it’s nice to find people with similar experiences to your own and that understand things from your point of view, labels can help with that.
Besides the world already labels us based on how we look so why can’t we use those labels to recognize each other and find unity in that.
Do you think it’s dumb that LGBTQ+ people group together for community (along with other purposes)?
In case you’ve actually never heard of it, BIPOC is the respectful way to refer to the global majority (black, indigenous, and people of colour) and is widely used not just across the internet but in professional settings and in general the world. It has nothing to do with someone “trolling the internet” too hard/needing to go outside. Talking shit on the label is akin to talking shit on people who identify with any of the 2SLGBTQ+ labels.
My sister was born first so I think she just took all of the attraction genes in the dressing room and left me with crumbs.
How do they keep getting better?
I don’t want to see you flying your colonial-ass flag Canada, I want to see you supporting small, local, and indigenous owned businesses. Be pro-people, don’t be pro-country.
