    Can you buy these “delisted” games or is it only for if you already bought it before?

      If you already bought them you can still install them*.

      *there are instances of shitty publishers removing access to games but that is not the norm.

      You might be able to activate them if you get a key from somewhere (a boxed copy, key reseller, etc.).
