I’ve seen so many men terrified of anything gay themed. I’ve watched men refuse to be friends with people who didn’t act manly enough. I’ve watched grown-ass men bark “f@gg0+,” every time they saw 2 dudes expressing an interest in one another on TV. Pink Pony Club, I Kissed a Girl, and several other songs are a complete turn-off for them.
I have to ask, what scares you guys? What, sitting in the pit of your stomach, do you feel and think when you see gay things?
First off pink pony club fucking rules so those people are idiots. And Im a prog rocker who doesnt listen to pop.
Second, yeah I know this one guy who loves to say f@gg0t all the time and I’m like why? Its not edgy or funny dude. He’s fine with gay people but hates trans people and liberals so no fuckin clue what’s up with him.
A lot of it is just fear, they dont understand it so they get angry. And the right wingers prey on these people because all they have for a platform is fear of the Other. Thats it.
