Just remove all distractions!” Nope, doesn’t work, never worked. In fact it makes it worse “Struggling to sleep? Just try XYZ and keep a regular sleep schedule!”, nope, do my own thing, works better “Struggling with burnout/exhaustion? You need to go and do things!” Nope, that will make it worse And so on and so on
