Ideologically they are simply rebels and “Iraqi rebels” are rebelling against the Iraq government more often than other countries. I just used Iraq as a placeholder btw I am not talking about any specific “Kurdish insurrectionist groups” or such.

Two groups in same religion fighting is common sadly.
Ideologically they are simply rebels and “Iraqi rebels” are rebelling against the Iraq government more often than other countries.
