    My cats start 2 full hours or more before their feeding time, so that would be quite inaccurate

      No, you tell the time by staring into the parts of the sky that aren’t the sun, and use that to figure out where the sun is.

    When I was commuting to highschool I knew certain people would get on the train at certain times and certain cars would drive past the bus stop before the bus came in. In aggregate people are pretty good clocks.

    Also on holidays: What part of frosty the snowman was playing from the Hyatt behind the bus stop (For gods sake use shuffle! Please!

    Other than right after the twice yearly time changes, timing is basically my dog’s super power. She’s not the brightest bulb so to speak, but she’s the most reliable alarm clock I’ve ever owned, and other than right after the twice yearly time changes, I basically always know what time it is based on her behavior. It’s actually pretty fascinating and impressive.
